Originally from Monroe-Woodbury, New York, Marykay Greenfield has been a resident of Malta for 27 years and brings ten years of real estate experience to Signature ONE Realty Group. Marykay continues to educate herself and has earned her Graduate Real Estate Institute(GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRS), Seller's Representative Specialist(SRS), and Certified International Property Specialist(CIPS) designations. Previously she was an executive assistant with experience in the architecture, television, insurance and real estate industries.
Her array of experiences has contributed to an extremely diverse network of contacts and connections that altogether make Marykay an incredible resource. Whether it’s marketing homes that don’t show well, negotiating the best deal or tracking down just the right house for a demanding client, Marykay has shown that she is able to not only meet, but exceed her client’s expectations every time. Some real estate associates are interested in serving as many customers as possible, but she prefers to limit her client list and focus her best efforts on a few.
